an introduction…

Growing up a pastor’s son I’ve worked and volunteered in multiple church settings and the marketplace, building God’s kingdom throughout many different aspects of church and para-church ministry, from kids, to worship, to leadership to teaching, discipleship and beyond. I’ve witnessed and experienced the good, the bad, the excellent and the ugly. These experiences uniquely position me as a well-rounded leader who loves Jesus, loves the Local Church. God has placed on this earth to seek Him first and to seek and to save the lost. My personal directives are Relationship with God, Spiritual Disciplines, and Accountability.

November 2022 – Present

Worship Team, Choral Director, & Mentor

Substance Church
Spring Lake Park, MN

I serve on the worship team for a multi-site church serving thousands across the Twin Cities and in Monterey, MX.

Provide vocal and musical feedback and direction for the team when needed.
Co-directed and charted vocal arrangements for a 40-piece Christmas Choir.

July 2017 – August 2022

Worship Leader & Pastoral Intern

North Heights Church
Arden Hills, MN

I served as Worship Leader for the Arden Hills campus, having served on the worship team in various capacities since 2017 for a diverse and growing multi-site congregation with 1200+ worshippers pre-pandemic.

Served as spiritual and directional mentor for dozens of musicians and volunteers.
Stewarded worship administration and production elements along with tech team.
Preached twice a year and as needed and led various church services and functions.
Served as pastoral intern from 2020-2021, with focus on executive leadership and pastoral care.

August 2015 – April 2017

Worship Leader & Middle School Ministry Group Leader

I served as interim worship leader for one of the many services across three campuses, then serving 1300+.

Served as worship leader for the Middle School youth in both weekly programming and events.
Served as small group leader and co-led a worship development curriculum for students.

I served as the worship leader for hundreds of students of various religious backgrounds.

Navigated challenges such as calling a new pastor, financial woes, and implementing safe engagement and ministry to a growing local homeless population.
Served as house leader for Men’s Covenant House providing spiritual and directional mentorship.
Served as organization President and liaison to the university.
